In honor of the release of the #WonkaMovie, let’s dive into one of the most iconic (and ungrateful) characters in movie history: Veruca Salt.

Veruca Salt, from the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, is a terrific example of an ungrateful child. 

She has an insatiable appetite for material things and getting her way ALL the time, which is fueled by indulgent parents with little to no boundaries.

We can clearly see she is a child in deep need of values grounded parents.
